Purchases are covered by a 5-day money back guarantee (less shipping & handling) provided you have not opened the product. Because these are freshly hand-crafted products, unfortunately we can *NOT" accept refunds and / or exchanges for orders that have been opened or used. For more information on cancelling orders and returning items, please see return policy below.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:
- Currently shipping is throughout the US and Canada. Products are shipped via the US Postal Service . All orders received before 5pm ET will be processed the same day. Any claims for damage are required to be reported within 3 days of delivery and are the liability of the party at fault.
- All Orders Over $69 Ship Free
- Orders take 2-3 business days to process + Shipping Time
Orders > $350 take 5 days to process + Shipping Time
Please understand that Blended Naturals line is a SPECIALTY Hand Crafted and takes a little more time to manufacture to ensure High Quality Standards.
RETURN POLICY:
- Please contact me first before returning any unopened product. All Returns and Exchanges must be arranged within 5 days after delivery. I reserve the right to refuse packages that have not been pre-arranged.
- Please return goods as securely as possible and do not write anything on the item. I reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
- Please include your Order Number and Date of Purchase, reason for return and action required (i.e. refund/replacement) on a separate sheet of paper included in the package.
- Ship via insured parcel post, or another traceable method. This is in your best interest as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
