At Reviyve, purchases are covered by a 14-day money back guarantee. If, within 14 days, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product, and your order will be exchanged or your money refunded (less shipping & handling). After 14 days and up to 30 days, you will receive an online store credit or exchange.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:

Currently shipping is throughout the US and Canada. Products are shipped via the US Postal Service . All orders received before 5pm ET will be processed the same day. Any claims for damage are required to be reported within 3 days of delivery and are the liability of the party at fault.

RETURN POLICY:

Please contact me first before returning any product. All Returns and Exchanges must be arranged within 30 days after delivery. I reserve the right to refuse packages that have not been pre-arranged.

Please return goods as securely as possible and do not write anything on the item. I reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please include your Order Number and Date of Purchase, reason for return and action required (i.e. refund/replacement) on a separate sheet of paper included in the package.

Ship via insured parcel post, or another traceable method. This is in your best interest as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

* The reason the refund period is 14 days is because handcrafted natural skin care products have a shorter shelf life than products formulated with heavy chemical preservatives. After the 14 day period, an online store credit will be given for the amount of purchase (less shipping and handling) up to 30 days.
