So everybody battles annoying skin conditions at some time or another
right? What if I told you there's a healthy skin daily diet you could
follow by simply eating certain foods on a regular basis?
First off, before I share the foods you should focus on eating for a healthy skin daily diet,
we need to first determine what particular skin problem you are dealing
with. Is it acne? wrinkles? rosacea? blemishes (aka brown or dark
spots)? Is it simply dry or dull skin? Well, I've got good news for
ya. What I'm about share is a healthy skin daily diet that will help
each of the conditions I just mentioned. Sound cool? Here it is:
Acne
For acne prone skin fill your daily diet with red fruits, orange fruits and vegetables which are all rich in beta-carotene.
Wrinkles
For wrinkles, your healthy skin daily diet should be rich in nright colored foods that are rich in vitamin C.
Rosacea
For rosacea sufferers, you need to have a healthy skin diet that
contains foods that calm the nervous system. These foods should be
anti-inflammatory and fall under the category of natural antioxidants.
Blemishes
Women of color such as black people and those from the mediterranian
tend to get really dark blemishes. Eating foods rich in antioxidants
that naturally fight sun damage are aces. Couple this with your
sunscreen and you will be effectively battling those blemishes.
Dry skin
Harsh winters and genetics play the biggest role in dry skin. Drinnk
plenty of H2o hydrating your skin from the inside out. Eat foods rich
in healthy fats such as olive oil. This is my personal favorite. When I
consume olive oil daily (on my salads), I notice that I have to use
less skin moisturizer.
Dull skin
Add these bad boys to your diet along with your weekly exfoliation routine: Green and orange vegetables
There you have it...a healthy skin daily diet, when followed
regularly along with your daily skin care regimen will get you well on
your way to having beautiful, healthy skin.
